• Wrong Product Delivered:
  If the product delivered does not match your order (different model, color, or item), you are eligible for a refund.
• Out of Stock / Order Cancellation:
  If we are unable to deliver your product after payment due to stock issues or cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

❌ Refund Will Not Be Granted If:

• The product is used, broken, or returned in an open condition
• The original packaging or invoice is missing
• A refund request is made more than 3 days after delivery
